Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Property Consultant with a strong command of the Abu Dhabi real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property, a strategic mindset, and the ability to guide clients through every stage of the buying, selling, and leasing process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on property options based on their needs and investment goals
  • Conduct market research and stay informed on Abu Dhabi’s real estate trends
  • Manage property listings, viewings, negotiations, and closings
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize marketing and sales strategies
  • Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or consulting, preferably in Abu Dhabi
  • Strong knowledge of local neighborhoods, developments, and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
