Role Overview: As a Property Consultant at Asico, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties in Dubai. Responsibilities: Meet with clients to understand their needs and preferences Stay up to date with market trends to provide accurate, data-driven advice Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings Create and manage listings for rental and sales properties Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy and legal compliance of all required documentation Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles (real estate experience is a plus, but not required) UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred) Professional appearance and client-focused attitude Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage) Strong interest in building a career in Dubai’s real estate market Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets Join Dubai’s largest and most trusted real estate company 50% commission (No Basic Salary) Work from the office closest to your location for maximum flexibility Get started with a comprehensive 1-week training Full marketing support: in-house videography, photography, and digital campaigns Employment visa and Medical Insurance
