JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, or rent residential and commercial properties. This role requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the local property market, and the ability to guide clients through the entire property transaction process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of local property laws and real estate market trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and real estate CRM software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field

• Provide clients with guidance on buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends and pricing.
• Present properties to potential buyers and renters through site visits, open houses, and virtual tours.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Prepare and review necessary documents such as contracts, lease agreements, and closing statements.
• Ensure compliance with all property laws and real estate regulations.
• Maintain relationships with developers, brokers, investors, and other industry professionals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
