REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, in a similar sales role or fresher are welcome to apply.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.
• Ability to work independently and within a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

  Pay: Up to AED20,000.00 per mont

• Have experienced in off-plan or secondary market in Dubai.
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai’s diverse real estate market.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available listings to potential buyers.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options.
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts including buyers, sellers, and other agents to generate business.
• Stay informed about current market trends and property listings to provide exceptional service to clients.
• Implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
