REQUIREMENTS

✔ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong negotiation and sales abilities
✔ High commitment level, strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset
✔ Proficiency in using real estate tools and digital platforms
✔ Real estate license is a plus, but not mandatory
✔ Minimum 6 months of UAE real estate/sales experience is required

✔ Educate and assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties
✔ Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
✔ Conduct property listings and organize viewings
✔ Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships
✔ Negotiate property sale and rental agreements
✔ Stay up to date with the real estate market and industry best practices
