JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for highly motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced and rewarding Dubai real estate market. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1 Year of Sales Experience:
• Candidates with at least 1 year of sales experience in any industry will undergo a 2-month probation period.
• 2+ Years of Dubai Real Estate Experience (Special Offer):
• Candidates with 2+ years of proven Dubai real estate experience will receive special offers based on performance.
• Valid UAE Driving License:
• A valid UAE driving license is required to facilitate client viewings and property tours.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting clients’ needs.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• Knowledge of Dubai’s property market and regulations.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.

• Provide expert guidance on real estate opportunities to buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Assist clients in property viewings, negotiations, and sales transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Stay updated on the latest Dubai real estate trends and pricing.
• Manage and meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Leverage your knowledge of Dubai property to deliver exceptional service to clients.
