POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Property Consultant to join our team at Emperor Homes Property. In this full-time role, you will provide expert property consulting services, build strong relationships with clients, and drive sales in the rapidly growing Dubai real estate market. You will leverage your industry knowledge and customer service skills to meet client needs and exceed sales targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong consulting and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with clients.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property sales or property rental (Preferred).
• Proven track record of sales success and exceptional customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry in Dubai.
• Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Familiarity with Dubai real estate market trends is essential.
• Property management experience is a plus.
• Valid UAE ID
• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred).
