As a Property Consultant at Etagi Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing clients, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 6 months of experience in the Real Estate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on property investments, financing options, and market conditions
• Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their real estate goals and objectives
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with real estate professionals, including agents, lenders, attorneys, and inspectors
• Ensure all real estate transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Prepare and review contracts, leases, deeds, and other legal documents with meticulous attention to detail
