• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Valid UAE driving license is a plus

• Assist German-speaking clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and legal requirements
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and transactions
