The ideal candidate is responsible of assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties. He/she is required to deliver exceptional customer service, build strong client relationship, and close successful real estate deals. Your entrepreneurial spirit will drive your success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2 years minimum experience in UAE Real Estate field.
· Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent.
· Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry.
· Driving license and car is mandatory.
· Bachelor degree.
· Bilingual Speakers: Arabic, English, Russian, Chinese, South Asian .

· Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Conduct client consultations to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities.
· Provide expert advice and guidance on property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
· Create and present compelling property listing to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and market value.
· Coordinate and conduct property viewing, and virtual tours for potential clients.
· Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease on behalf of clients, aiming to secure the best possible outcomes.
· Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, answer inquiries, and address concerns.
· Stay up to date with local real estate market conditions, regulations, and industry trends.
· Maintain accurate and up to date records of property listing, client interactions, and transaction details.
· Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
