JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Real Estate Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of real estate experience, a strong sales background, and excellent interpersonal skills. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using real estate CRMs and online listing platforms.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
• UAE driving license is preferably.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

• Generate and manage leads through multiple channels.
• Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Organize and conduct property viewings.
• Provide expert advice and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current with real estate market trends and developments.
• List properties on portals (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle) and manage incoming inquiries.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and property developers.
