QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent or in a similar sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property values.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, MLS, and other online platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market listings to potential buyers.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts, including buyers, sellers, and other real estate professionals.
  • Provide clients with expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and property investments.
  • Manage and update listings in the MLS and other marketing platforms.
  • Guide clients through the entire transaction process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on local zoning laws, market conditions, and property values.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
