• Guide clients through buying, selling, or renting properties in Dubai.

• Generate leads and build a strong network through marketing, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Stay up-to-date with market trends, property listings, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct viewings and negotiations with professionalism and integrity.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

• Who You Are

• Proven sales experience (real estate preferred but not mandatory)

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Own visa or willing to transfer (UAE experience is a plus)

• Driver’s license and own car preferred

• Compensation

• Basic Salary + Commission (High earnings potential)

• Residence Visa + Medical Insurance
• Annual Leave

• Monthly income ranges between AED 15,000–50,000+ for active performers
