REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Real estate sales agent is a Must(Preferably experienced in UAE)
• Must have valid U.A.E driving license
  -MS Office familiarity
• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
• Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative.

• Knowledge of local demographic and economic trends to guide his customers with integrity and build their trust.
• Provides guidance and assisting sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
• Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
• Counsel clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Show properties to potential buyers and renters.
• Present purchase offers to sellers.
