    At MICM Property, we’ve been Melbourne’s inner-city apartment experts for over 30 years. As a fully owned subsidiary of Central Equity, we offer a complete range of real estate services — and we’re looking for a motivated, energetic individual to join our team as a Property Consultant.
    This is an exciting role for someone who loves working with people, has a high attention to detail and thrives working in a fast paced working environment.

We’ll provide the training, support, and structure to help you succeed. What we’re really looking for is someone who:

  • Loves working with people and providing exceptional service
  • Is confident, well-spoken, and enthusiastic
  • Works well under pressure and can manage competing priorities
  • Is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team
  • Can work weekends and has flexibility for weekday rosters

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients in finding their ideal inner-city apartment
  • Conduct open for inspections and private appointments
  • Manage enquiries and follow up leads
  • Learn the ropes of leasing, property marketing, and sales
  • Deliver a 5-star experience to every prospective tenant or buyer

You’ll Need:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, front-of-house may be considered etc.)
  • A current Driver’s Licence and your own vehicle
  • Agents Representative Certificate (essential)
