We are currently hiring experienced and driven Property Consultants with a passion for real estate and a strong background in off-plan sales.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of proven experience in off-plan property sales
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in the off-plan market
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
• Provide expert advice on off-plan property investments
• Negotiate and close deals to meet/exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on market trends and new project launches
• Conduct client viewings and attend site visits
• Represent the company at real estate events and exhibitions
