The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, offering expert advice and guiding them through every stage of the real estate process. A strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a client-first attitude are essential for success in this role.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent / Property Consultant (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• RERA Certification is an advantage

• Actively promote property listings and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide detailed property information.
• Negotiate offers and close property sales or rental deals.
• Maintain a strong database of clients and properties.
• Provide guidance and assistance to clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
• Stay updated with market trends, real estate laws, and industry developments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.
