REQUIREMENTS:

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• 6–12 months of experience in a sales role preferably real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• English fluency; Arabic language skills preferred.
• High motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn.
• Must be based in Dubai

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Emirati Sales Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 6–12 months of experience in sales, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while achieving set targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote company products/services.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as assigned by management.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to the client’s needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to explore new market opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM.
