POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking dynamic and client-focused Property Consultants (Sales Agents) to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai where you’ll guide clients through buying, selling, and renting processes with high customer satisfaction and business growth outcomes. Indeed

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai preferred; additional language skills (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Mandarin) are a plus.
  • Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills, and a self-driven entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities.
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, RERA rules, and prevalent property developments.
  • Tech-savvy, CRM‑fluent, and organized for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle are advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties including villas, apartments, and townhouses.
  • Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market developments both off‑plan and secondary market.
  • Proactively source and engage new leads; maintain a client pipeline and build long-term relationships.
  • Present market insights, pricing, and financial options to clients; assist with negotiations and deal closures.
  • Perform comparative market analysis (CMA) to advise clients accurately.
  • Acquire and maintain at least two exclusive listings weekly and manage all properties with up-to-date documentation and materials.
  • Utilize CRM and internal platforms for workflow management and performance tracking.
  • Build networks with developers, mortgage lenders, and financial partners to enhance service offerings.
