REQUIREMENTS:

  • Preferably candidates from European countries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputed university.
  • Proven experience in freehold real estate sales, preferably within the Dubai market.
  • Strong knowledge of freehold property regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • RERA Certification is an added advantage.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The ideal candidate will possess an in-depth understanding of the Dubai real estate market, exceptional communication skills, and a strong passion for sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with leading real estate broker firms and achieving sales targets in the freehold property sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of reputed real estate broker firms specializing in freehold properties.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Provide clients with detailed information on available properties, pricing, and market conditions.
  • Guide clients throughout the buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and real estate professionals.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Prepare weekly reports and Management Information System (MIS) updates for senior management.
  • Utilize CRM tools efficiently to manage client interactions and transactions.
