JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for ambitious and result-driven Property Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent client relationship management, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales or property consultancy.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
• Open to applicants from diverse backgrounds.

• Generate leads and follow up with clients to understand their real estate needs.
• Advise clients on the best property options available in the market.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales or rental agreements.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of real estate projects, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
• Prepare and present offers and contracts to clients.
• Achieve individual sales/rental targets and contribute to team goals.
