Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Property Sales and Leasing:
  • Engage with clients to identify their needs and provide tailored property solutions.
  • Showcase properties to prospective clients and negotiate offers to close deals.
  • Assist clients in navigating the buying, selling, and leasing processes.
  • Market Research:
  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and emerging areas of demand.
  • Conduct comparative market analysis to provide accurate property valuations.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain a strong network of clients, agents, and property owners.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term client relationships.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain and update property listings on relevant portals.
  • Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and related documentation.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the team to achieve individual and group sales targets.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Requirements:
