JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires excellent market knowledge, negotiation skills, and a strong drive to close deals successfully.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate laws and market dynamics
  • Fresher to Real estate can also be considered
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and professional
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and online property platforms (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle)
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus (English is mandatory, Hindi, Urdu or Arabic)
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Language:

  • English, Hindi, or Arabic (Preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
  • Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties under the best possible terms
  • Assess clients’ needs and financial status to recommend suitable options
  • Conduct property tours, inspections, and open houses
  • Build and maintain a strong network of listings and leads
  • Draft and review contracts and agreements (e.g., purchase, lease)
  • Stay up to date on property market trends, legal requirements, and financing options
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers
  • Provide excellent after-sales service and client follow-up
