Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our real estate team. As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, guiding them through every step of the transaction. You must have excellent communication skills, a client-focused attitude, and a strong understanding of the real estate market.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

· Proven experience as a Property Consultant, Real Estate Agent, or similar role in the property industry.
· In-depth knowledge of the property market, regulations, and industry best practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong customer service orientation and ability to build trust with clients.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Dubai’s residential property sales.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
· Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
· Valid UAE Driving License
· Valid RERA License (Mandatory).

Responsibilities

· Provide expert advice to clients on property market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
· Manage the buying, selling, and leasing process, ensuring that transactions run smoothly from start to finish.
· Conduct property viewings and assist clients in evaluating properties that match their needs and requirements.
· Negotiate deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Prepare property listings, market analysis, and presentations for clients.
· Stay updated on local property market trends, zoning laws, and industry regulations.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and properties.
· Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, including landlords, property owners, and developers.
· Attend networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.
