Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Identify and develop relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and existing clients to understand their property needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Property Sales: Promote and sell off-plan and secondary market properties, using your deep knowledge of Dubai’s real estate scene to seal the deal.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and pricing strategies to offer clients expert advice and insights.
  • Negotiation: Master the art of negotiation, ensuring both clients and sellers are happy with the terms and price.
  • Documentation: Guide clients through every step of the buying process, from paperwork to legalities and payment plans.
  • Targets: Consistently smash your monthly sales targets and set new records!

What we’re looking for:

  • At least 1 year of experience in the Dubai real estate market
  • Strong sales skills and a natural at negotiating
  • Fluent in English (bonus points if you speak Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, Spanish, French, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, or Malayalam)
