QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate leasing/sales in Dubai (non-freehold experience is a priority).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA regulations.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales/leasing targets.
  • Team player with problem-solving abilities.
  • UAE Driving License preferred.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are currently hiring Property Consultants / Leasing Agents for our Dubai branch. The successful candidates will be responsible for client consultation, leasing and sales activities, property sourcing, negotiations, and achieving set targets while ensuring the highest standards of customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle leasing and sales transactions for residential and commercial properties.
  • Source and list properties, including non-freehold and freehold units, for leasing and sales.
  • Consult with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable property options.
  • Negotiate rental/sale terms between landlords and tenants/buyers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s property market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client and landlord relationships.
  • Work independently to meet targets while contributing positively to the team.
