We are looking to add a Property Coordinator to our growing Founders 3 Team. As a key member of our team – you will provide superb customer service to tenants and prospective tenants, vendors and property ownership while providing support to our Director of Apartment Operations. You will perform key support activities including: Supporting property onboarding Tenant communication including fielding requests/calls, sending tenant notices and updating tenant contact lists Conducting property visits Collecting certificates of insurance Routing service agreements Organizing property documents Assisting in rent collection efforts Scheduling budgeted work at properties Entering work orders Supporting annual budget process utilizing accounting software Requirements An associate or bachelor’s degree is required Excellent client service skills required Property management related or leasing experience is a plus Basic to intermediate working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products Superb organizational skills and follow up are a must Founders 3 is an Affirmative Action/Equal Employment Opportunity Employer
