Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Property Damage Coordinator to join our personal injury legal team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients navigating the aftermath of vehicular accidents. Your main objective is to advocate for our clients by streamlining the repair process, managing insurance communications, and ensuring they regain their mobility as quickly as possible. Responsibilities: Insurance Liaison: Take full ownership of managing property damage claims for new clients, communicating directly with insurance adjusters to expedite claim processing. Repair Management: Coordinate with auto body shops to schedule inspections, obtain estimates, and oversee the repair timeline to ensure quality and efficiency. Rental Coordination: Facilitate the setup of rental vehicles for clients, ensuring they have reliable transportation while their primary vehicle is being serviced. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all property damage evaluations, correspondence, and settlement offers within our case management system. Client Advocacy: Provide clear updates to clients regarding the status of their vehicle and rental, acting as a supportive guide through the logistics of their case. Requirements: Legal Expertise: A solid background in the legal field is mandatory. You must understand the nuances of liability and insurance coverage. Personal Injury Experience: Proven experience as a Case Manager within a personal injury law firm is required. Multi-Tasking Mastery: The ability to manage a high volume of cases simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail. Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep digital files orderly. Customer Service Excellence: While listed as a plus, we highly value candidates who possess the empathy and communication skills needed to provide "white-glove" service to clients during stressful times.
