In this role as Property Data Analyst you'll build dashboards that guide where we invest, repair and improve thousands of homes. What you’ll do Turn complex data into clear dashboards that guide investment, repairs and compliance Partner with colleagues to understand needs, priorities and system quirks Improve data quality and controls so leaders can trust what they see every day Spot trends across multiple systems and explain what they mean for our homes You’ll design automated reporting solutions in Power BI that save time, reduce errors and bring everyone together around “one version of the truth”. You have You have strong analytical skills and interpret complex datasets You have advanced Excel skills and confidently clean, join and transform large datasets You have experience building clear dashboards, ideally with Power BI or similar tools You have a track record improving data processes, controls and ways of working You have great communication skills and explain insights clearly to different stakeholder groups. The practical bits Working Monday to Friday This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week, you'll work core hours between 9 am and 5:30 pm with flexibility built in A hybrid role with minimum 2 days in the office, 3 days working at home, anchor days will be discussed at interview What’s in it for you?
