  • Skills: Excellent capabilities in Data Quality Management, Reporting, and Analysis. Previous experience in Service Charge Management or Property Management is advantageous.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in property database management and administration, with MRI Horizon exposure preferred. Experience in database or financial system migration is a plus.
  • Capabilities: Ability to manage multiple workstreams, excellent stakeholder communication and engagement skills, and a knack for creative problem-solving. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential.

  • Governance Documentation: Document governance standards and update user guidelines.
  • Data Quality Management: Partner with the Data Quality Manager to identify and resolve data quality issues within Property systems.
  • Project Involvement: Engage in all Data Governance projects related to Property data.
  • Standardisation: Establish definitions, standards, and structures for key data fields from both business unit and enterprise perspectives.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Act as a liaison between The Crown Estate Data Governance and Managing Agents to review and improve processes, making recommendations for data remediation.
  • Data Alignment: Ensure alignment and quality of information across key systems, assisting with data migration projects.
  • Collaboration: Work with TCE data champions, asset managers, database managers, and the wider digital team to understand project scopes and develop delivery plans.
  • Data Enhancement: Suggest and drive changes in Horizon to improve user experience and enhance data quality.
  • Data Dictionary: Assist in creating data field definitions for inclusion in the Data Dictionary through collaboration with the Data Governance Working Group (DIWG).
