Harte Recruitment is excited to introduce a dynamic opportunity for a Property Deal Sourcer on behalf of a thriving Leeds-based investment company that specialises in making property investments a seamless experience for their clients.
If you’re a residential property professional looking to transition into the world of property investment acquisition, we encourage you to apply.
As a Property Deal Sourcer, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and securing property investments across South Yorkshire, with minimum 2 days based in the office and 3 days out in the field each week.

The Package:

  • Up to £27,000 basic salary per annum + bonus + up to £60,000 inclusive of OTE in your first year, however, this is uncapped
  • Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Property Deal Sourcer  role:

  • View properties and assess viability for client investment
  • Negotiate and secure deals from a variety of different sources
  • Report on financial breakdowns, expected returns, provide photos of the property and anything else the client might need to assess the opportunity
  • Assist on the progression of these deals until the point of completion
  • Build excellent relationships with the internal team and clients
  • Generate business and consistently meet or exceed targets

The Person:

  • Able to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Must hold full UK driving licence and own car (essential)
  • Experience of working in the property industry (essential)
