An exciting opportunity to be part of the wider Perpetual Wealth Management Business as a Property Delivery Manager. About the Role Join our dynamic team at Perpetual Wealth Management! As a Property Delivery Manager, you will: Deliver regular compliance and management reports Facilitate clear communication and resolve issues between teams and stakeholders to achieve client outcomes Oversee the full build lifecycle: planning, approvals, contractor engagement, construction, and defect resolution Ensure timely execution of contracts, adherence to budgets, and manage escalations effectively Participate in client and stakeholder meetings to maintain transparency and alignment Ensure all builds meet regulatory and internal compliance standards Manage due diligence for contractors and suppliers Oversee documentation including insurance, warranties, and expert reports Collaborate with Trust Managers, Solicitors, and External Providers for seamless delivery Act as the escalation point for complex project issues Lead defect identification and resolution strategies Ensure final inspections and handovers meet quality and client satisfaction benchmarks About You We’re looking for someone with: 8–10 years of experience in residential construction or property delivery Proven leadership in managing complex builds Strong knowledge of compliance documentation and regulatory approvals Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements Experience in project and key initiative management How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients, the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
