The role An exciting opportunity has become available for a self-motivated Development Manager to join our Queensland development team. This role would see you managing new store growth across the Queensland market. As a Property Development Manager, you will work in an agile squad, to deliver customer and team first outcomes. In this role, you will Lead the analysis and preparation of business cases, board reports, financial models, feasibilities, and budgets Evaluate, recommend, and manage property projects and transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, upgrades, redevelopments, and divestments What’s in your toolkit? Proven experience as a Property or Real Estate Development Manager, or Assistant Development Manager Strong understanding of the Queensland property market, with the ability to apply strategic and analytical thinking to drive ongoing portfolio growth Skilled in engaging, influencing, and managing both internal and external stakeholders Sound knowledge of property economics, legislation, valuation, planning processes, property law, and deal structures A strategic, commercially minded approach, backed by strong business acumen, technical expertise, and negotiation skills Don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes for this role—we encourage you to still apply.
