We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team - help drive our expansion by selling grouped dwelling projects currently under construction and in the pipeline.

• Manage enquiries and convert them into sales contracts
• Present fixed-design home packages and explain land + build processes
• Guide buyers through financing steps and progress payments
• Build strong relationships with buyers, referral partners, and channels
• Work closely with marketing and project teams to achieve and exceed targets
