Responsibilities Assist in large-scale property development projects Conduct feasibility studies, valuation works and market researches Assist in tender preparation, assessment and related analyses, and monitor financial performance of the projects by conducting profit and loss analysis Assist in project implementation including land administration and marketing of properties Support sales and marketing of the properties Requirements Degree in Surveying / Statistics / Economics / Finance / Business Administration or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years’ experience in property research and development or land administration Possession of Corporate Membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred Be conversant with financial evaluation models and proficient in software applications such as Excel Good market acumen and excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Property Development Surveyor II position Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
