• Review and approve incoming vendor estimates to ensure quality and technical competence.
• Providing Scope review and seek clarity from the vendor on estimates, negotiate costs with vendors/contractors.
• Provide dispute-resolution services on estimate reviews relative to the CAA member, vendors and the Insurance company.
• Provide advice to Property adjusters when exceptions are encountered.
• Coordinate the appraisal resources to ensure assignments are dispatched.
• Participate in the industry events and various special projects for the benefit of the claims department as identified from time-to-time
