Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Property Executive at JEM.

In your role as a Property Executive, your responsibilities include but not limited to;

  • Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
  • Working closely with the team to understand the M&E Systems within the assets. Ensure that the systems are operated within design intent
  • Understand and be familiar with Corporate’s requirements, policies, standards and procedures
  • Ensure the adherence of all procedures and guidelines for works in the premise with any eye for continual improvement
  • Conduct daily safety / sustainability inspections and promptly attend to/direct recovery of emergencies as needed
  • Process and perform risk management and assessment for works to be executed
  • Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
  • Reviews of LLR’s standard operation procedures and review asset existing operation process and house-rules to identify any gaps and areas for improvements
  • Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants’ feedback in a fair manner
  • Attending to shoppers, tenants and stakeholders’ request promptly
  • Follow up with both internal and external parties for submission of necessary documents
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports as required
  • Preparation of all necessary reports including budget, Annual Business Plan, Asset Review Reports etc.
  • Assist with preparation and reviewing of the annual operation expenses and forecasts
  • Source for comparative vendors/ contractors to carry out asset maintenance or repair works as required
  • Assist building improvement/ A&A/ defect rectification/ renovation & reinstatement works as assigned
  • Assist in tender documents scoping, scheduling for interviews & awarding process
  • Liaise with the authorities e.g NEA, BCA, LTA, URA etc
  • Any other tasks as assigned

To be a success in this role it is essential to have;

  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Engineering, Real Estate, Facility Management or related field and above
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in similar function
  • A penchant for details, people relations and as a self-starter
  • Experience in mixed- development (retail & office) operation is advantageous
