JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Possess a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification (mandatory).
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in property, facilities, or mall management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Liaise, coordinate, supervise, and monitor all matters related to mall operations.
• Manage tenancy and fitting-out processes, including coordination with tenants and contractors.
• Oversee Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) maintenance and services to ensure smooth building operations.
• Serve as the appointed Fire Safety Manager (FSM), ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and implementation of fire safety measures.
• Support day-to-day operational needs and carry out other responsibilities as assigned.
