NOW HIRING: PROPERTY & FACILITIES MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

(Full-Time * $18/hr * New Orleans, LA)
We’re looking for a reliable jack-of-all-trades to care for a few private residences and assist with warehouse operations. This hands-on role includes property upkeep, minor repairs, landscaping, seasonal prep, and occasional deliveries. If you enjoy variety in your workday and take pride in a job well done, we want to meet you!

• Maintain interiors & exteriors (repairs, painting, light carpentry, cleaning)
• Landscaping, lawn care, and seasonal property upkeep
• Warehouse assistance, including operating pallet jacks/forklifts
• Drive stake body truck for deliveries (CDL preferred)
