Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring sites are legally compliant, safe and maintained
  • Managing maintenance and facilities across the estate (PPM and reactive)
  • Managing openings, closures and refits
  • Owning safety policy, compliance and risk mgt
  • Building and maintaining single view of estate health enabling data driven investment decisions
