Job Title: Property Inspection Coordinator
Location: Leeds
Terms: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Salary: £25,000 – £26,000

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum GCSE grades C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous customer service experience.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in property, lettings, or planning.
  • Multilingual abilities.
  • Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Inspection Coordinator to support the planning and scheduling of property inspections across a diverse housing portfolio. This role will focus on communicating with tenants, coordinating inspection schedules, and ensuring that inspections and follow-up actions are completed smoothly. From time to time, you may also be required to conduct property inspections in person to provide cover for annual leave or busy periods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Property Inspection Coordinator, you will:

  • Plan and schedule property inspections, sending notices to tenants in line with required timeframes.
  • Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and tenants to ensure clear communication before and after inspections.
  • Track and update inspection progress, ensuring accurate records are maintained in company systems.
  • Support with job closures, including updating databases and following up on outstanding actions.
  • Assist in coordinating emergency inspections or urgent access requirements.
  • Provide a high standard of customer service, responding to queries and managing expectations.
  • Handle tenant communications in a professional and timely manner, including recharges for tenancy breaches where applicable.
  • Conduct property inspections where necessary to provide cover for annual leave or busy periods.
