Description

Want to deliver great service to our customer and ensure properties are well-maintained? In this role, you’ll be responsible for conducting residential property inspections, ensuring quality standards are met for home improvements, mutual exchanges, and general repairs. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact for a social housing provider working across a wide range of properties within the Paradigm Housing Group’s portfolio. Combining your technical and communication skills with our wider team and residents.
You’ll be travelling across our operational areas, including Bucks, Beds, Oxfordshire, Herts with a few properties in Greater & North London. You will need to carry out thorough property inspections, sometimes involving climbing ladders to access loft spaces, and produce detailed reports to support decision-making within the Asset Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct property inspections for tenant home improvements, alterations, and mutual exchanges, ensuring compliance with quality standards and consent requirements.
  • Carry out general property inspections, identifying defects and repairs, and raising work orders where necessary.
  • Prepare detailed, accurate reports following inspections and provide support on project work as required by the Inspection Services Manager.
  • Arrange appointments with customers, maintaining clear and accurate records of communications.
  • Ensure inspections are completed on time and contribute to the team’s KPI targets.
  • Promote a culture of health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures during all inspections and tasks.
  • Liaise with internal teams, such as Asset Management and Property Services, to ensure repairs and works are scheduled and completed within agreed timelines.
