OVERVIEW

Belvoir, one of the largest and leading, award winning property specialists in the UK, are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Property Inspector / Inventory Clerk to join our busy and successful team, based in Whitehaven and covering the surrounding area for both Lettings and Sales.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, possess strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. As a Property Inspector, you will play a crucial role in managing properties, visiting each property 6 monthly ensuring that they are maintained, providing exceptional service to tenants and property owners alike. Own car essential.
This is a part time role over 4 days. Tuesday - Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in property management is preferred, although not essential as full training is given.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.
  • Computer literate.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Organise and undertake routine property inspections and compile reports to Landlords. Over approximately 2 days a week. Using your own car, being paid mileage accordingly.
  • Complete Inventory’s and check out reports, liaising with both landlords and tenants.
  • Assist with viewings of property for Sale or Let.
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Communicate effectively with property owners, tenants, and contractors to address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with relevant regulations.
  • Assist in the marketing of available properties and the branch.
