Concept Claim Solutions provides a loss assessing service, primarily serving the residential sector. When homeowners need to make a property insurance claim, our free service takes the stress out of dealing with insurers and coordinating the multiple tradespeople required to assess and fix the damage.
As a Claims Handler, you’ll support our field-based Franchise Partners, guide customers through the claims process, manage claims from First Notification of Loss (FNOL) to settlement, and play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re seeking someone with excellent telephone communication skills, strong IT capabilities, and experience working in a fast-paced claims environment. The ideal candidate is either studying for, or looking to pursue, CII or CILA qualifications.
· Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
· Building and maintaining relationships with area managers, customers, and clients.
· Managing the diaries of Franchise Partners and scheduling appointments.
· Liaising with Franchise Partners and contractors to coordinate job details.
· Gathering updates from area managers on the progression of claims.
· Collecting essential information from customers to ensure accurate claims handling.
· Responding to client inquiries via email.
· Preparing reports using Excel and our CRM systems.
· Staying up-to-date with referral schemes and internal processes.
· Maintaining a calm and empathetic approach while assisting customers in potentially distressing situations.
