Description We are seeking an experienced Multi-State Property Insurance Manager to oversee and manage property insurance programs for our commercial and industrial facilities across multiple states. This role is responsible for ensuring comprehensive coverage, compliance, and risk mitigation while optimizing insurance costs and protecting company assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property insurance, claims management, and risk assessment, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and administer multi-state commercial property insurance programs. Coordinate renewals, endorsements, claims, and property valuations. Assess risk exposure and develop loss prevention strategies. Partner with brokers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure appropriate coverage and compliance. Analyze insurance data and prepare reports for senior leadership. Monitor state regulations and ensure adherence to all insurance requirements.
