MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Due to our loyal customer base and successful marketing we are looking for a further candidate based in or around the Wimbledon area to join our existing team of experienced inventory professionals.
This is a full time 5 days per week salaried position which requires a minimum of 3 Saturdays per month.
You will be carrying out inventory compilation and check in for the start of tenancies and then check out appointments for the end of tenancies meeting with both the landlords and the tenants to manage their expectations of the process where possible. You will also be required to develop relationships with the agents who we deal with on a daily basis.
