ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Inventory Clerk to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in the South East London (SE15) area. This is a hybrid role, combining on-site property inspections with remote report preparation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct thorough property inventory checks, mid-term inspections, and check-out reports for residential properties.
  • Accurately record the condition of properties, including fixtures, fittings, and any damages or discrepancies.
  • Take comprehensive photographic evidence to support written reports.
  • Prepare detailed and compliant inventory reports using our proprietary software.
  • Maintain open communication with property managers, landlords, and tenants throughout the process.
  • Adhere to PRMS’s high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service.
