MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Full Clean UK License and
  • Own vehicle and insurance
  • At least 1 year experience as a property inventory clerk
  • Fluent in English (reading and writing)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    Job Type: Part-time
    Pay: £50.00-£250.00 per day

Schedule:

  • Flexitime
  • Weekend availability

Responsibilities

Due to our loyal customer base and successful marketing we are looking for a further self-employed, freelance inventory professional to join our team
You will be carrying out inventory compilation and check in for the start of tenancies and then check out appointments for the end of tenancies meeting with both the landlords and the tenants to manage their expectations of the process where possible. You will also be dealing agents who we deal with on a daily basis.
