INVENTORY CLERK – SELF-EMPLOYED / FREELANCE

Payment: Paid per inspection — typical monthly earnings £800 – £2,500+ (uncapped)
Hours: Set your own schedule (Saturday availability preferred)
Contract: Self-employed, ongoing

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a freelance Inventory Clerk based in or near Islington to join our field team.

You will …

• Compile detailed inventories & check‑ins (photos, meter readings, key management).
• Conduct check‑outs, compare against the original report and note dilapidations.
• Meet landlords, tenants & agents on site, explaining findings and managing expectations.
• Upload reports the same day via our bespoke mobile app (tablet provided).
• Maintain strong relationships with local letting branches; you become their “go‑to” clerk.
