Description

We are looking for a Property and Inventory Coordinator - 12 Month FTC to conduct apartment move in condition inventories, inspections and move out inventories at our luxury community, Solasta riverside in Glasgow.
You’ll inspect and take photos of the properties to support your assessment and clearly dictate your findings to enable an inspection report to be created for our residents. With great customer service skills, you’ll also liaise with residents, returning deposits and conducting move-outs as required.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare property condition reports before residents move in (via an app and tablet)
  • Carry out inspections whilst taking clear photographs within the properties
  • Book in and complete periodic mid-term property inspections - ensuring all is being well maintained
  • Complete all reports and paperwork needed, ensuring all is always compliant and deadlines are met
  • Arrange check out appointments, liaising with residents regarding any deductions (where required)
  • Release deposits, raising any work orders needed
  • Liaise with our maintenance teams and third party contractors to arrange and book any required repair needed
  • Report maintenance issues identified to relevant property manager
  • Prepare handover packs and resident guides
  • Organise and prepare pre-tenancy ‘sparkle’ cleans
  • Arrange EPC, furniture installation and removal
  • Ensure all administration workload is fully compliant and all required deadlines are met
  • Support our residents with any questions they may have
  • Support our wider teams, covering our Front of House / Reception
  • Support and attend our resident and community events
